Return & Exchange Policy
- All products are made-to-order; therefore, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Customers are not eligible for full or partial refunds unless a manufacturing defect or damage is confirmed.
- Customized or altered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. The store is not liable for any errors in measurements submitted by the customer.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. All reported items will be inspected, and based on the evaluation, the request will either be approved or rejected. If a defect is verified, it will be resolved accordingly.
Exchange Process (If Applicable):
If an exchange request is approved, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and free from any perfumes.
- Exchange is allowed only once.
- The replacement item must be of equal or higher value.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs without exception.
- The item must be returned or delivered to the address provided by the store.
Gift Items
- Gift items are subject to the same terms and conditions stated above without exception.
